Project #AddNoise invited Luc Messinezis to organize and lead the first Athens Sound Art Workshop that took place in February 7 2015.

The participants had the opportunity to introduce themselves to the basic principles of sound art, its history but also learn about the canonical approaches to its practice.

Additionally they were encouraged to create and use their own recording gear but also get familiar with various recording techniques in order to collect audio material that could be used in creative processes.

The Workshop was organized by Athens Digital Art Festival and Traces of Commerce.
